  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options, including standard and express delivery, to meet your needs. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Delivery Times : Delivery times vary based on your location:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping : We currently offer international shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages : Posh Skin Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier for assistance.

      Returns Policy

      We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns process works:

      • Eligibility for Returns : We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
      • How to Initiate a Return : Contact our customer service team at [customerservice@poshskin.ph] with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.
      • Refund Process : Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
      • Exchanges : At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
      • Final Sale Items : Please note that certain items, such as opened or used pimple patches, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
